Yoga class back at the studio

I am back at the beautiful Yoga in a bag studio. 
Hatha 1 
Every Tuesday at 9a.m. 

This class focuses on practicing a wide variety of postures, with alignments, stability, and flexibility in the mind and body. Pranayama, chanting, and meditation are also integrated. 

You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Learn about where the body is in space and how to move safely in, out, and through the postures. 

Variations and modifications are offered and students can practice at their own level of expertise. 

This class is intended to accommodate all levels. English. 

Harmony Hatha Flow 
Every Friday at 9a.m. *Subbing Melanie Gerber until February 2023 

This soft and steady flow will open and awaken your whole body, leaving you feeling balanced, energized, and simply good in your body. 

You'll stretch out commonly tense areas like your quads, hip flexors, chest, and shoulders as you flow through a sequence synchronizing breath and movement. You end class with some breathwork and a closing meditation, leaving you harmonized on all layers of your being. 

Suitable for all levels. English. 

Come join me for some fun, and explore your Outer and Innerspace. Experimenting with yoga asana transforming your subtle body. The practice is the path, and the path is the goal. Looking forward to seeing you at the studio.
