You can’t step into the same river twice. -Heraclitus. Life is constantly changing, sun changes, moon changes, air changes, the soil changes, the water changes, we are part of the universe. hence, we too, are changing every day, every minute, every second. Mindfulness is the moment to moment awareness of what is occurring in and around us. Every time you bring your awareness back to the present moment, you have the opportunity to begin again, we feel alive.
